Be Careful About Reading Health Books


Let’s face it there is a ton of misinformation out there.  Especially when it comes to health.

If you’re lost in a sea of confusion with your health, remember there are only two things that are absolutely certain to work:

  • Exercise at least 30-60 minutes a day.
  • Consume raw fruits and vegetables as much as possible.

If you stick to these 2 things, the rest will fall in line gracefully.
